Description

Who we are

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst for the Data Group to work alongside top-tier data professionals, data scientists, and data engineering teams. You will be an integral part of the group ecosystem, providing insights that impact hundreds of thousands of users by leveraging advanced data systems.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. At Lusha, data is everything; it’s at the heart of everything we do. The Data Group is responsible for shaping the experience of a vast and growing community of users who rely on our data daily.

Your responsibility is to help teams optimize key KPIs by enhancing data pipelines through new logic, models, and data sources, ensuring smarter and more impactful data-driven decisions.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Deeply understand the architecture of Lusha Data Group, driving the development of advanced analyses and data models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement enrichment logic within our data ecosystem.
  • Develop tools, build dashboards, and establish methodologies to analyze user behavior and enhance the data experience for users.
  • Leverage Lusha Data Lake to its fullest potential, utilizing cutting-edge data exploration and visualization tools to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a data-driven tech company with a strong focus on product, and experience working closely with Data Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in either Python or SQL is required. While candidates with strong Python skills, particularly in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark—will be at an advantage, we also welcome applicants with advanced SQL expertise, including analytical functions and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud-based environments, preferably Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that directly impact business decisions and product performance.
  • (Nice to have) Proven experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing statistical or ML models within data pipelines.
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

Ready to join us? Let’s build the future of sales, together.
