Job Description

Mission:

Within the E-Business team and reporting to the E-Business Operations Coordinator, your role will be to monitor and coordinate e-commerce operations on a global scale to guarantee impeccable service to our clients.

 

Main Activities:

Operational:

  • Managing the Omnichannel order backlog (Ensuring adherence to processing times, monitoring and resolving any issues encountered)

  • Monitoring BtoB flows, ensuring compliance with shipping, delivery and receipt deadlines for CONCESSION partners, and also BtoC shipments for marketplaces clients

  • Follow up closely every RTV (Return to Vendor) activity with CONCESSION partners, coordinate and drive processes among inventory, after-sales, and partners, for example, documents issuing, packaging, pickup, and other tasks to ensure the successful completion of RTV activities.

  • Respond to partners’ inquiries regarding product information and pricing to ensure that goods delivered to customers can be promptly inbounded.

  • Assist in investigating issues such as shipment delays, IT bugs, stock discrepancies, and sales variances.

 

Communication & Reporting:

  • Organize communications to internal and external teams (customer service, warehouses, supply chain) regarding all information related to your area of ​​responsibility.

Project:

  • Participation in benchmarking for upcoming projects and support on ongoing projects across multiple phases (design, testing, hypercare).

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose automation and optimization solutions.

Profile:

  • Graduate of a university, engineering school, or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Master's level or equivalent)

  • Ideally with initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain.

  • Strong interest in the luxury sector

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • You are organized, independent, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.

 

6-month internship available starting March 2026.
