Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Technology Transition Lead to join our Enterprise Information Technology team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition of business systems and new technologies to enable the Asset Lifecycle Management business unit to achieve its growth ambitions. You will serve as a vital bridge between commercial, operations, and technology teams to ensure all solutions align with technical requirements and business objectives.

You will join a global Enterprise Information Technology group dedicated to delivering high-priority technology integration programs that support Iron Mountain’s evolving business landscape.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Program Integration: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess and prioritize requirements, ensuring the Asset Lifecycle Management technology program achieves its defined goals and deliverables.

  • Standardize Global Processes: Facilitate workshops to document business processes and develop a standardized playbook for requirements validation, User Acceptance Testing, and performance testing.

  • Ensure Functional Integrity: Participate in governance forums to represent functional needs and undertake assurance of key deliverables against baselined requirements and organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience managing major technology programs and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and external partners.

  • Strong technical expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies within an Agile environment, including IT governance and change management.

  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication, with the skill to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization.

  • Global awareness and analytical problem-solving skills to adjust approaches based on the impact of decisions across different regions.

Reasonably expected salary range: $67,600.00 - $84,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
