What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Infrastructure Engineer
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for collaborating on the development and execution of complex projects. Infrastructure Engineers have a thorough skill, understanding, and mastery of all aspects of the specialty area. Infrastructure Engineers lead projects with 2-3 internal/external resources.
Through daily management, maintenance and enhancement of the enterprise-level IT infrastructure and solutions, you will be ensuring that are adopted across the enterprise.
We want your talent
If you are great at:
Maintain and enhance enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
Interface with systems analysts, solution designers, data architects, and business stakeholders, to understand the business-technology infrastructure requirements.
Design, develop, test, and document solutions within a complex technology infrastructure environment to align technical and business goals.
Work with a team of analysts, engineers, management, and business stakeholders to identify optimal infrastructure solutions for implementation, while assessing technical and business suitability and its impact to the enterprise’s systems.
Manage daily operations and functionality of technology infrastructure solutions and applications.
Research, evaluate, and recommend operational procedures and best practices to optimize processes and workflow efficiencies.
Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to enhance the security process.
If you have:
7-10 years experience in specialty
3-5 years experience in an engineer role
Post-secondary education, or equivalent experience
