Overview

This is your opportunity to excel in a dynamic role focused on elevating corporate reputation and driving strategic public affairs initiatives. As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Reputation, you will lead integrated communications efforts that protect and enhance The Coca-Cola Company’s brand across all audiences. You will work closely with our bottling partner, senior leaders and strategic partners, shaping our Company’s narrative in the Canadian market to ensure Coca-Cola is recognized for its innovation and thought leadership throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communications strategies that strengthen brand reputation, including the design, adaptation, and execution of integrated plans that reinforce brand trust, differentiation, and relevance with key audiences.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance and grow the Company’s corporate reputation and support business growth, leveraging enterprise-wide insights, cross-functional partnerships, and synergies across a highly networked organization.
  • Serve as a key partner with the broader North American communications team to implement and adapt North American strategies, including leadership communications, internal communications, and both corporate and brand PR in Canada.
  • Collaborate with our bottling partner to align on shared goals and elevate Coca-Cola’s presence across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Liaise with the strategic communications team to ensure Canada-specific narratives are reflected in broader strategies and contribute to North American strategy development by proactively elevating Canadian market nuances and needs.
  • Act as a regional expert and advisor on strategic communications risks, opportunities, and compliance as they pertain to the Canadian market.
  • For Canada-dedicated programs and initiatives, collaborate with the strategic communications team for guidance, alignment, and resource support to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Position the Company as a trusted voice on public issues and policy matters, leveraging integrated communications approaches to support regulatory engagement and positive media coverage.
  • Coordinate messaging and elevate the Company’s corporate narrative in collaboration with business partners, ensuring a unified presence in all stakeholder-facing initiatives.
  • Support visibility and leadership positioning through external communications, including speaking engagements, media engagements, conference participation, and strategic social media content that elevate the Company’s voice, perspective, and credibility on public affairs, policy, and reputation matters.
  • Strengthen executive visibility and alignment through internal communications, including leadership messages, employee forums, town halls, internal talking points, and enterprise-wide updates that reinforce the Company’s priorities, reputation strategy, and position on key public affairs issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic corporate communications, public affairs, or public relations, ideally in complex or high-profile organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian media and stakeholder landscape.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness working within highly networked environments while partnering across multiple teams, levels and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing and executing integrated communications strategies that reinforce and protect corporate reputation within and outside the company.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management, project management, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
  • Adaptability and innovation in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Agency experience preferred.

Pay Range:

Canada: 120,900 CAD - 139,600 CAD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
