What You Will Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role goes beyond simply filling open positions. You'll be a strategic partner, driving results across the entire hiring process and directly contributing to Lighthouse's exponential growth. You'll be the architect of our non-Revenue talent pool, ensuring we hire the best and brightest to fuel our innovation.

Where You Will Have ImpactRecruiting
  • You will own and run the full-cycle hiring process, ensuring we deliver on our ambitious hiring plan for all non-Revenue roles (from Engineers to senior and leadership positions).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, actively sourcing candidates from diverse channels and leveraging creative solutions (including our new AI tools!) to reach our target audience.
  • Build and maintain trusted, excellent relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic consultant to effectively prioritize hiring needs across different teams and regions.
  • Maintain a clear overview of our hiring approaches across all regions and roles, ensuring consistency, equity, and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of our hiring plan, sharing best practices and insights.
TA Business Support & Process Improvement
  • Create and enable uniformity and scalability in our hiring and reporting processes across all departments, while expertly navigating regional differences or specific requirements.
  • Actively propose and follow up on process improvements. Stay on top of new trends and technology, and champion their introduction to our workflow.
  • Help organize exciting recruitment events and actively drive our employer branding initiatives and social media awareness.
  • Dive deep into recruiting data to identify trends, inform our strategies, and give valuable feedback on benchmarking and market insights.
  • Organize and run impactful training sessions for hiring managers on topics like structured interviewing and how to effectively use our TA tools and processes.

Our TA Team's core responsibilities and goals:

  • Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of the global hiring plan, directly supporting all teams across the business (Engineering, Product, BusOps, etc.).
  • Maintaining a consistent, fair, and efficient hiring process that scales with the company's hyper-growth. This includes actively leveraging technology, including new AI tools, to create a competitive advantage.
  • Building and promoting Lighthouse as an employer of choice to attract diverse, world-class talent.
  • Utilizing recruiting metrics and market insights to inform business leaders and continuously improve our strategies and forecasts.

Who You Are

Essential:

  • Proven professional experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates for a variety of roles, particularly technical and/or corporate positions.
  • A track record of identifying process bottlenecks, proposing creative solutions, and leveraging data to inform your strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to explore and implement new tools (especially AI-driven solutions) to increase efficiency and impact.

  • Experience managing global or multi-regional recruitment processes.
  • A background that includes running employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with our current ATS (Greenhouse) and deep knowledge of sourcing platforms.
