Ottawa-based Cerio, a company specializing in advanced computing solutions, announced the launch of its media and entertainment package. Cerio equips data centers with an open systems platform, designed to help them operate sustainably in today’s cloud and AI era.
The company’s offerings include low-code composable infrastructure services to enable cost-effective and efficient AI/ML infrastructure management. Cerio’s latest solution, the M&E package, is intended to help creators produce, augment and deliver content freely across the media production pipeline.
As accelerators like GPUs are essential for increasing the processing capacity for media and entertainment applications, Cerio’s technology helps studios increase GPU productivity and reduce their infrastructure. The product can be used for tasks like editing visual effects, designing immersive augmented and virtual reality experiences or erecting LED volume walls that display video footage.
Cerio’s M&E package is currently available and works to grant creators the ability to compose the best system for any workflow, using any workstation and readily available resources.
