The Solution Consultant will develop and provide product-specific solutions, support sales strategies, lead workshops, and enhance solution delivery.

Lead Canada regulatory and financial crime compliance programs: engage regulators, horizon-scan Canadian legislation, maintain 2LoD FinCrime policies (KYC/EDD/transaction monitoring), advise product teams for compliant-by-design features, oversee monitoring/testing and internal audits, manage remediation and board reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed scalable compliance controls.

Lead the global Technical Account Management team for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, driving merchant growth and retention through technical partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Manage a portfolio of small and medium business customers to grow relationships and secure additional capital. Analyze business profiles and financial history to recommend Forward Financing products. Use data and reporting to prioritize opportunities, own the sales process from approval to close, and meet monthly quotas while collaborating with underwriting and peers.

Design, build, and ship production AI systems for Acquia DAM. Architect agentic, stateful multi-agent workflows, own AI observability and RAG architectures, evaluate LLM providers and tooling, mentor engineers, and ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and compliance for AI features.

Partner with Account Executives to design and demonstrate Webflow solutions for Enterprise customers. Lead discovery, solution design, technical validation, demos, workshops, and business case development. Influence product direction, run cross-functional initiatives, and travel up to 25% while supporting multiple active opportunities.
