  • Launch engaging webinars with topics and speakers relevant to ABM accounts.
  • Procure, promote, and manage all logistics for in-person gatherings ( dinners, roundtables, etc.) with target customers, partners, and prospect accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as % of accounts engaged, SAO conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of target prospect and customer accounts and use this to create compelling, tailored content and marketing messages across all channels.
  • Coordinate with product and content marketing teams to ensure account plans align with broader company strategies, product releases, and evolving ICP.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, CS and others on the growth team to build a second-to-none buyer journey that delights prospects and customers.
  • Overall become an expert on our target customers and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively engage them through the sales funnel.

What skills do I need?

  • 3-5 years experience in account-based marketing / growth marketing roles especially managing digital / in-person events and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and AI tools to support ABM initiatives at scale.
  • Hands-on experience creating multi-channel marketing campaigns including hosting webinars, in-person events, digital advertising, email, direct mail,  etc. for target accounts.
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-touchpoint campaigns.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive shared success metrics.
  • Experience driving accountability and enablement with sales reps to ensure fast follow up on high-intent accounts.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
  • Willingness to travel periodically to facilitate in-person events with target accounts.

A note to candidates:

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company and we are most interested in finding the BEST candidate for the job. That candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background, and that’s okay. We would strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described.
