Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.

Action1 is seeking a high-performing, seasoned Account Executive to drive net-new revenue, lead complex sales cycles, and expand our footprint with IT and security buyers across the Canadian mid-market and enterprise segments. While this role focuses on the Canadian market, candidates may be based in the U.S. or Canada—what matters most is strong familiarity with the Canadian IT/security landscape and an established or developable network.

This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions, who excels at translating technical challenges into actionable business value. You’ll thrive here if you’re skilled at running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, partnering cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment with confidence and autonomy.

  • Own and exceed a personal revenue quota by driving high-quality opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through both inbound qualification and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Lead technical and business discovery to understand customer environments, pain points, and integration requirements relevant to Action1.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-focused presentations, partnering with a technical engineer as needed for advanced scenarios.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Canadian French (Québécois French)
  • At least 3 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity solutions targeting IT departments.
  • Deep familiarity with the Canadian Market
  • Expert in opportunity qualification, POC support, and deal closure.
  • Strong understanding of IT administration and security principles.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Have a genuine interest in information technology and systems administration.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world
  • Exciting challenges and opportunities for continuous growth.
  • Non-stop professional development and learning of new technologies.
  • A supportive, friendly, and professional team environment.
