Account Executive (Hybrid or Remote – Canada)
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario (Hybrid or Remote within Canada)
Compensation: Base: $70-80K + Commissions
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm EST (some flexibility available)

As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our sales team and seeking a driven Account Executive who’s passionate about technology, consultative selling, and helping customers find the perfect hosting solutions.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for converting inbound sales leads into satisfied long-term customers. You’ll guide clients through a consultative process—understanding their technical needs, recommending the right server or hosting setup, and closing deals that drive mutual success.
You’ll join a collaborative sales team of three (two Account Managers and one Inbound Sales Rep) and report directly to the Director of Sales. This is a great opportunity to own your portfolio, grow your book of business, and be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound inquiries (phone, chat, and email) into new sales
- Conduct discovery calls and use consultative or gap-selling approaches to recommend solutions
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for monthly and long-term plans
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records (ActiveCampaign) and report on sales activity
- Collaborate with support, operations, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Formal sales training and experience with consultative or gap selling
- Technical aptitude. You should understand :
- Common server and computer hardware components
- Disk storage types and RAID arrays
- The purpose of RAM and how CPUs and motherboards interact
- Common server and computer hardware components
- Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to help clients find solutions that fit
- Previous experience in a B2B or technical sales environment preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: CAD $70,000–$80,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): CAD $85,000–$95,000
- Uncapped commission structure with bonuses for social media reviews
- Hybrid or remote work options (preference for candidates near Stoney Creek, Ontario)\
