Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.

Action1 is hiring a sharp, motivated sales professional with experience in the Canadian Market (you can reside in CA or USA) to help qualify inbound leads, support proof-of-concepts, and close deals with IT buyers. This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B sales career—especially if you’ve worked in cybersecurity or tech and enjoy translating technical needs into clear solutions. You’ll thrive here if you’re comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment, communicating with confidence, and using tools like Salesforce to stay organized and ahead of your goals.

    • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through both inbound qualification and proactive outbound prospecting.
    • Lead technical and business discovery to understand customer environments, pain points, and integration requirements relevant to Action1.
    • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-focused presentations, partnering with a technical engineer as needed for advanced scenarios.

Requirements
    • Experience in opportunity qualification, POC support, and deal closure.
    • A professional with at least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity solutions targeting IT departments. SDR experience is a plus.
    • You have basic understanding of IT administration and security principles.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Have a genuine interest in information technology and systems administration.
    • Deep familiarity with the Canadian Market
    • Fluency in Canadian French (Québécois French)

Benefits
  • Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world
  • A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.
  • Non-stop professional growth and learning of new technologies.
  • Stable income and flexible working hours, opportunities for promotion.
  • Friendly and professional peers.
