About Heidi

Heidi is on a mission to transform healthcare by halving the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We envision a future where, by 2050, every clinician practices with AI systems that reduce administrative burdens, improve the quality of care, and increase accessibility for patients globally.

Built by clinicians, for clinicians, Heidi is powered by a diverse team of engineers, medical professionals, mathematicians, designers, and innovators.

We are driven by a shared passion to improve healthcare delivery, and in just one year, we’ve helped power over 20 million patient consults and currently support more than 1 million consults every week.

With a recent $16.6 USD million funding round from leading venture capital firms, we are now focused on scaling our impact globally. We are expanding rapidly in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe—and we need exceptional Account Executives to help us accelerate that growth.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, high performing Account Executive to join our commercial team as a key founding sales operator in the North American market. You will drive SMB sales, penetrate small to medium sized practices and hospital groups by building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.

Your focus will be on selling our suite of AI-products of autonomous Heidi’s with the goal of ensuring Heidi wins across the North American market.

This position requires a proven individual contributor in SMB SaaS who can jump into active deals and lead by example in a highly motivated team. You must have a winning track record in software sales, ideally a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape matched with a killer instinct for SMB sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SMB sales opportunities within the North American market, building relationships with key stakeholders across hospital groups, clinics and clinicians.

  • Deliver a strong performance as an individual contributor, set a standard of sales excellence and lead by example when it comes to sales process and execution.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using product usage signals, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within SMB healthcare organizations.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our autonomous AI products.

  • Execute closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive market growth.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3- 5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally in the healthcare industry but not essential.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex SMB sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast growth tech.

  • Operates independently in a lean hyper-speed team with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build deep trust with senior healthcare stakeholders.

  • Acts as a mentor to up and coming sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes to deliver results.

  • Highly autonomous, high ownership, self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Why You’ll Join Us

  • Impact: Be part of a team that’s changing the way healthcare is delivered around the world, helping to reduce administrative burdens for clinicians and improving patient outcomes.

  • Culture: Join a diverse, high-agency team where innovation, collaboration, and autonomy are valued.

  • Growth: With Heidi’s rapid expansion, there’s immense opportunity for professional development and career progression.

  • Compensation: Highly competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. We reward success.

  • Benefits: Generous PTO, wellness days, a personal development budget, equity (shares in the company), and more.

What We Believe In

  • We tackle complex healthcare challenges head-on and deliver solutions at speed.

  • We prioritize results, teamwork, and continuous improvement in all we do.

  • We create user-friendly, innovative solutions that clinicians love to use, and patients benefit from.

At Heidi, we’re on a mission to improve patient care worldwide. If you are passionate about healthcare, technology, and the opportunity to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
