About Knak:

As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to drive high-impact growth by connecting with Fortune 1000 companies in a role that values strategic thinking and customer-centric solutions.

Role Overview:

This Account Executive position is highly strategic, balancing proactive outbound efforts with maximizing inbound opportunities. You’ll work with influential decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies, uncovering their needs and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate Knak’s value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting while optimizing conversion rates for inbound leads.
  • Strategically engage with enterprise accounts, understanding and addressing their unique challenges.
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline, using CRM and analytics to track outreach effectiveness and improve win rates.

Requirements:

  • Located in Ottawa, ON.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially within mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
