Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.

About this Role:

As an Account Manager supporting Post-Sale (POS) Programs, you will play a critical role on the Client Success Team, managing and growing relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. Your focus will be on ensuring ongoing program performance, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment after the initial sale—delivering on key outcomes and reinforcing the long-term value of our pharma-sponsored affordability programs.

This position requires a strong command of healthcare program operations, sophisticated problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally to support clients post-implementation, optimizing programs and delivering insights that drive measurable results.

If you’re a client-focused, analytical thinker with a passion for patient affordability and a track record of managing high-impact client relationships, this is a great opportunity to contribute in a growing, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients in the post-sale (POS) phase, delivering best-in-class support and driving ongoing program value.

  • Monitor and analyze program performance using monthly metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations tailored to each client’s business goals.

  • Partner with Sales to support upsell opportunities and organic account growth by identifying unmet needs and presenting solutions aligned with client strategy.

  • Collaborate with Program Implementation and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from launch to post-launch operations, proactively resolving any issues that arise.

  • Work cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Product, Engineering, and Legal/Privacy teams to tailor program execution and reporting, and to address complex or evolving client needs.

  • Guide clients through the regulatory review (MLR/PRC) process, managing submissions and aligning deliverables with compliance expectations.

  • Develop visual program materials using internal tools (e.g., CMS platform, Figma) to communicate solutions clearly and effectively.

  • Stay up to date on pharmaceutical industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply that knowledge to enhance service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical client/account management, ideally focused on patient affordability or support programs.

  • Deep understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication, manufacturer rules, and how they impact program outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and client value.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex topics clearly.

  • Experience managing regulatory review (MLR/PRC) workflows.

  • Proven success working independently, making judgment-based decisions, and adapting processes as needed.

  • Familiarity with CRM and project tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, or Asana.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
