As an Account Manager, you will be a key driver of business growth and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on achieving financial targets and building strong relationships with senior executives. You will develop innovative sales strategies, create competitive offers, and participate in pricing and contract negotiations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a functional team, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to Nokia's competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business financial objectives and manage customer engagement for respective accounts.
  • Own sales cases, including opportunity and offer strategy, pricing, and order forecasting.
  • Build and maintain sales relationships with strategically important accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and service goals.
  • Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations, providing professional support to generate orders.
  • Interpret critical business information to identify and develop significant business opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with customer executives, leveraging industry knowledge and competitive insights.
  • Drive sales, pre-sales, and other functions based on organizational understanding, creating value-added offers.
  • Contribute to process, product, and service improvements, ensuring Nokia's competitive advantage.
  • Influence the LoA process and strategic decisions within your defined scope, impacting the entire Customer Team.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Nokia's portfolio.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop unique sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to express complex information engagingly.
  • Cross-cultural knowledge and a global mindset, with experience working in diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead and manage a functional team, with effective resource management and planning skills.
  • Mastery of a specific professional discipline, with broad perspective and expertise in multiple areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate problems and seek opportunities for growth.
  • Innovative mindset, capable of developing and implementing complex, innovative concepts.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of extensive relevant experience or a graduate/postgraduate degree in a related field.
  • Professional fluency in French, both written and spoken, is a strong asset.
