The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and creative projects, and building strong client relationships. This role blends client management and project execution, ensuring that strategy aligns with execution while keeping projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. The AM acts as the primary client point of contact while also managing internal workflows—balancing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution without a separate project manager.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management- Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently without a separate project manager, keeping both client needs and internal execution aligned.
- Define project tasks in collaboration with internal teams, proactively managing scope, budgets, and resources.
- Identify potential risks and challenges early, proposing solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain clear visibility on workload and priorities, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from project initiation to delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, strategic guidance, and proactive communication.
- Address client requests and concerns with urgency, ensuring resolutions are efficient and effective.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or optimizations that enhance the client partnership.
- Understand each client’s business model, industry challenges, and growth goals to ensure services align with measurable success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Media) to ensure alignment between client needs and execution.
- Provide internal teams with clear client feedback and insights, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Balance efficiency with profitability, ensuring projects stay within scope while delivering strong client outcomes.
- Cultivate trust with clients by proactively addressing needs and ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate strategic and operational check-ins, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and next steps.
- Build strong internal relationships with execution teams to maintain efficiency and accountability.
- Handle challenges or escalations with a solutions-first mindset, ensuring issues are resolved while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and proactively with both clients and internal teams.
- Provide concise and actionable updates on project status, changes, and key milestones.
- Adapt communication style for different stakeholders—balancing strategic discussions with tactical execution updates.
- Deliver feedback constructively, ensuring alignment across all teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Understanding of creative and marketing principles, including production workflows.
- Experience managing US-based clients and working cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams.
