You will work in close strategic partnership with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to analyze client workflows, identify adoption gaps, and safeguard account health.

Internally, you will serve as the definitive "Voice of the Customer" to our Product and Engineering teams—advocating for enterprise financial needs to shape our product roadmap. Additionally, you will be the backbone of accounting expertise for the broader TPM team, handling advanced accounting escalations and driving ongoing team enablement on best practices and new features.
