The Finance team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to work closely with fellow AR staff, Financial Analysts and Business Unit in providing accounts receivable support for the division.
- Billing, Credits, Account Reconciliation
- Proactively communicating to Business Units on problem accounts
- Working with Financial Analyst and Business Units to resolve customer billing issues.
- Providing timely responses to customers and internal team requests for information
- Preparing information required for the month-end, quarter-end, year end and financial audit when required
- Preparing monthly invoicing reports
- Reconciling billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly
- Reconciling other accounts as needed/required
- Other duties as assigned/requested
Organization & Time Management
- Responsible for ensuring customer documentation is filed and organized accurately and in a timely fashion
- Able to identify areas of concern and brings it to the attention of their manager
- Communicates to manager if deadlines can't be met and need to change
- Manages priorities effectively and efficiently between the Finance, Business Units and customers
