This role will conduct quality reviews of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims, collecting and analyzing quality opportunities, delivering results and driving improvements to ensure quality standards are achieved.

The expected salary range for this position is $53,000 - $64,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality reviews of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims.
- Identifies trends, root causes, and quality gaps from the analysis of data. Provides timely and meaningful feedback to associates and management regarding performance and quality standards.
- Partners with team to develop criteria and standards in which to measure quality behaviors.
- Assists in the research, analysis, partnering and providing feedback and recommendations for quality improvements to the training and procedures team.
- Presents findings to Senior Level Management and other key stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor ADA Specialists to drive improvements in claim handling.
- Provide additional support to the Absence Management Services quality team as needed.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Proficient knowledge of the leave services industry and the operational transactions and processes supported.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience managing ADA claims.
- Experience managing ADA claims for a variety of customers
Preferred:
- Prior training or management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, analysis and problem-solving skills
