About the Role
In this role, the Agentic AI Tester Co-op will contribute to advancing engineering efficiency by supporting the development and validation of Agentic AI-based solutions. The student will work closely with the AI & SW Technologies team to enhance the robustness, reliability, and scalability of internal MVP applications. Responsibilities include investigating existing prototypes, creating high-quality test data, developing test cases, automating test processes, and generating clear reporting to support decision-making. The Co-op will gain hands-on experience in AI-driven software development within a fast-paced R&D environment and will play an important role in strengthening the team's testing capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
- Investigate existing MVP solutions and identify opportunities to improve test coverage and reliability.
- Create structured and high-quality test datasets for AI/GenAI components.
- Develop functional, regression, and scenario-based test cases.
- Automate test execution pipelines to increase testing efficiency.
- Execute tests, analyze outcomes, and document findings.
- Generate clear test reports that support engineering decision-making.
Who we are looking for
- Strong foundational skills in Python programming.
- Interest in and basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI concepts.
- Engineering background or ongoing studies in a related field.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail when evaluating software behavior.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an R&D environment.
- Curiosity and motivation to explore cutting-edge AI testing methodologies.
Your preferred qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks or scripting.
- Familiarity with software development workflows (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
- Basic understanding of LLMs or agentic AI applications.
- Prior exposure to data preparation, evaluation metrics, or model validation.
Work Environment
- Standard office environment and Robotics/Cobot Lab.
Compensation
- The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.50 - $28.50.
