About the Role
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Agile Scrum Master, and/or Agile Project Manager
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- SAFe and Scrum Certification
- Experience in Agile Transformation Programs
- Experience to assist with Tools Setup including Jira, Planview, Confluence for rolling out agile
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong leader, educator, and coach
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Experience in Banking and/or insurance industry would be a plus
- Access to industry-focused talent globally
- Ability to leverage best-of-breed, innovative products and solutions for complex architecture and large-scale transformation
- Extended global geographic market reach
- Ability to capitalize on our client footprint and deep domain expertise within financial services
