Manage multiple Agile projects: run ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress and risks, remove bottlenecks, mentor team members, and align stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support and organize multiple ongoing initiatives within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable professional who can manage day-to-day project activities, ensure Agile best practices are followed, and fill in critical gaps to keep delivery on track.
This is a contractual hybrid role for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension. The candidate must work from the Toronto office 3 days/ week.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track and report project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations, and align goals.
- Provide structure and organization to day-to-day project operations that require additional support.
- Serve as a mentor or guide for team members to strengthen Agile delivery practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
