The Role

As an AI Applied Researcher working on AI Triage, Investigation and Response, you will develop AI driven solutions using agents and LLMs for Radiant customers.

What problems you will be working on?

  • Building the ‘brain’ behind our product - by designing cutting edge agentic flows
  • Cost and scale: We need to bring the power of LLMs and big-data integrations to customers on any budget.
  • Accuracy: We aim to correctly triage any alert while providing full transparency on each step taken and the reasoning behind it.
  • Breadth: We need to run on any customer environment and automate any security use case.

What you’ll do

  • Research and optimization agentic flows to solve complex problems
  • Participate in PoCs using bleeding edge technologies to empower our product
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service to improve the consistency and quality of our pipelines.
  • Fine tune LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost

Things we’re looking for

  • Strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications.
  • Experience with NLP, ML algorithms
  • Experience contributing to research projects from PoC stage to production
  • Experience with LLMs, Agents and RAG - Advantage
  • Experience using LLMs / Deep Learning models - Advantage
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • A great communicator and team player.
