About us and the position

The infrastructure buildout for AI is the largest hardware procurement cycle in a generation — and it's moving through operators who trust their networks, not OEM sales channels. Luxor spent seven years earning exactly that trust. We work with operators across the Bitcoin mining industry who own large-scale power contracts, built the trading platform that moves hardware at scale, and developed a full product ecosystem that helps miners optimize software, orchestrate devices, and monetize compute. That network and infrastructure is now pointed at AI — and it changes how this job works. Deals close in days, not quarters. Commission is uncapped and tied directly to the volume you move — at $20M–$100M+ transaction sizes, a great year is genuinely life-changing. We're building out the AI/HPC hardware sales function, and we're looking for the right Account Executive to lead it.

This role reports directly to the Head of Hardware and is a 100% remote position based in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Source, structure, and close GPU and HPC hardware deals — Hopper and Blackwell clusters, OEM/ODM configurations — with data center operators, neoclouds, Bitcoin miners transitioning to AI/HPC, and enterprise buyers.

  • Develop and own a pipeline of GPU and HPC hardware buyers and sellers across the US, Canada, and international markets.

  • Work closely with our trading desk and hardware ops team to move inventory quickly and build lasting account relationships.

  • Leverage Luxor's existing network of Bitcoin miners, data center operators, and infrastructure funds to generate warm inbound.

  • Coordinate with operations on logistics, compliance (OFAC/export screening), and delivery.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in HubSpot.

  • Represent Luxor at industry events: GTC, SC, Yotta, and Bitcoin Mining conferences.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hardware sales or technology infrastructure sales experience; GPU/AI/HPC hardware experience strongly preferred.

  • Background at Dell, HPE, SuperMicro, Lenovo, Foxconn, BYD Electronic, Intel, AMD, or a comparable OEM/ODM strongly valued.

  • Comfortable with deal sizes in the $20M–$100M+ range and fast-moving, relationship-driven transaction cycles.

  • Strong technical fluency — you can speak meaningfully about GPU SKUs, server configurations, power requirements, and rack density.

  • Experience in secondary/spot markets, hardware brokerage, or trading-adjacent roles is a real differentiator.

  • Self-starter who can build a territory from scratch — not someone who needs a mature inbound motion to succeed.

  • Comfortable in a scrappy, fast-moving environment: we're ~80 people, and this role will shape how the function is built.

Compensation
  • OTE: $180,000 – $300,000+ (uncapped commission)

  • Equity: Stock options

  • Benefits: Full health, dental, vision. Remote first.

We review applications on a rolling basis and will be in touch within a week. Senior candidates are welcome to reach out to the hiring team directly.

How we use AI in our hiring process

We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.

During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.

We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.

In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.

In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.
