A leading North American financial services provider operating across personal, commercial, wealth management, and capital markets sectors. Following recent strategic acquisitions, the top-tier bank has significantly expanded its international footprint. Now executing an "AI-first" strategy, the organization has launched a dedicated institute for applied AI and quantum computing to drive productivity and deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences for millions of global customers.
What You’ll Do- Review existing AI architecture diagrams and enhance supporting technical documentation and solution diagrams
- Assess current AI platform designs and recommend architectural improvements, scalability enhancements, and best practices
- Support and coordinate the transition of AI proof-of-concepts into enterprise production environments
- Assist with integrations involving Microsoft 365 plugins and AWS-based AI platforms
- Evaluate and support the onboarding of AI vendors and external technology partners into the bank’s ecosystem
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, compliance, security, and onboarding standards
- Represent technology and architecture changes across internal governance forums and approval committees
- Participate in Technical Design Review Committee, Architecture Review Board, Change Approval Board, and other governance and risk review forums as required
- Collaborate closely with AI, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise AI, cloud, or digital transformation environments
- Experience reviewing and improving AI solution architecture and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI platform implementation and productionization strategies
- Experience supporting AI POC-to-production transitions within regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, architecture review, risk, and compliance processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Experience working within banking or Financial Services environments is highly preferred
- Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced enterprise delivery environments
- Experience supporting enterprise AI/ML initiatives within large banking organizations
- Exposure to AI vendor assessment and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with enterprise security and data governance frameworks
- Experience presenting architectural changes to governance and review boards
- Knowledge of scalable AI infrastructure and modern cloud-native architecture patterns

Legal & Hiring Information- Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is CAD $80–$95/hour or approximately CAD $120K–$140K annually depending on experience and qualifications, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within Canada, and business needs.
