About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative individual to join our team as an Analyst, Business Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on data from a variety of sources using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data while developing automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies, support data governance efforts, and lead data-driven projects that enhance the efficiency and quality of reporting processes. Your strong project management skills and commitment to continuous improvement will be key in driving innovation and optimizing data workflows across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage, analyze, and report on data from various sources using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Python within platforms such as VS Code, dBeaver, Microsoft Power Suite, and Alteryx.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating reports, resolving discrepancies, and implementing robust error-handling processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies, support software transitions, and manage data migration projects.
Lead and support data project planning, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress toward key benchmarks.
Innovate new metrics, tools, and data capture methods to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and business decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year), preferably in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting data and reporting needs in a large, customer-service-oriented organization.
Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
Experience with platforms and software including VS Code, dBeaver, Microsoft Power Suite, and Alteryx.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understand logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026
The hiring base salary range for this position is $62, 600 - $86, 000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
