The Analyst (Industry Templates), GTMS provides foundational support for template configuration, documentation, and testing activities. This role works closely with Senior Analysts and Associate Architects to support industry template deployments and ensure system accuracy and consistency.
The Analyst role is an entry-level to early-career position focused on learning ERP processes, template structures, and enterprise application fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

Documentation & Research Support

  • Assist in documenting business requirements and process flows.
  • Support preparation of training and deployment materials.
  • Maintain system documentation and configuration records.
  • Conduct research on industry-specific use cases.

Configuration Assistance

  • Perform basic system configuration under guidance.
  • Support data preparation and validation activities.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy within test environments.
  • Follow established standards and templates.

Testing Support

  • Execute predefined test scripts.
  • Document test results and escalate issues.
  • Support regression testing during releases.
  • Assist in defect tracking and validation.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Participate in project status meetings.
  • Track assigned tasks and report progress.
  • Maintain shared repositories and documentation libraries.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Professional Development

  • Complete ERP and product training programs.
  • Build understanding of enterprise processes and system architecture.
  • Develop analytical and configuration skills through guided assignments.
  • 3-6 years of experience in ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis.
  • Internship or academic exposure to ERP systems preferred.

The compensation for this position is $80,000CAD-$93,000 CAD .  Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.  Vistex provides highly competitive benefits including comprehensive healthcare plan, and paid time off, including paid volunteerism days!

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Familiarity with enterprise systems or databases preferred. Ability to follow configuration and documentation standards. Foundational knowledge of testing principles. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a structured environment. Good communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in team settings. Strong time management and organizational skills.
