Your Responsibilities
- Manage integrations, data quality processes, and metadata updates from source ERP systems to OneStream.
- Provide technical and functional support for OneStream applications to end users.
- Implement OneStream reports, dashboards, and system changes/enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliant controls, coordinating with auditors as needed.
- Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely project completion and deliver critical objectives.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/systems analyst roles, preferably as a financial systems administrator/manager. OneStream knowledge preferred.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT (or equivalent).
- Experience managing OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close, and Planning, Budget, and Forecasting applications is an asset.
- Familiarity with multiple sources of EPM data integrations and knowledge of SQL and VB.net is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and comfortable working with complex financial data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
