Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for an AP & AR Coordinator who enjoys keeping things organized, accurate and moving forward. Someone who notices the small things, likes solving problems and knows there’s real satisfaction in getting the numbers right.
In this role, you’ll help keep our finances running smoothly by managing vendor payments, customer invoicing, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies within the Ecom group.

What You’ll Be Doing
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and credit memos in QuickBooks
- Prepare weekly / bi-weekly payment runs
- Reconcile payments and maintain AP aging reports
- Review and organize credit card transactions
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare customer invoices daily / weekly
- Apply incoming payments accurately
- Maintain AR aging reports
- Support spreadsheets, reconciliations and reporting
General Support
- Monitor finance inboxes and shared files
- Assist with month-end / year-end deadlines
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as requested
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of AP / AR experience (or a combination of relevant education and practical experience)
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) is an asset
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
