Job Responsibilities:
Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a Tier 1 Auto Manufacturer, seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving manufacturing improvements.
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goods
- Individual must have the ability to oversee general manufacturing processes and team members.
- Ability to plan and delegate assignments and ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude and motivate team members
- Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required.
- Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
Who we are looking for
Demonstrate strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by effectively guiding and motivating team members to meet production goals. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
SKILLS:
- Basic math skills and mechanical ability
- Good inter-personal skills
- Leadership ability to help team achieve goals daily, weekly, and annually
- Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English

- Frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs., though most parts weigh less than 5 lbs. each)
