Your Impact
We’re looking for a talented Assistant Channel Marketing Manager (ACMM) to join our Marketing team. In this role, your primary responsibility is for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all global events, including conferences, trade shows, internal events, and client-facing experiences. In this role, you will also assist the Global Channel Marketing director with sales enablement and partner support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong cross-cultural communication capabilities and a growth mindset. You will play a key role in strengthening the company’s brand presence and achieving business goals through impactful events worldwide.

Your Impact

What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
- Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage a global events strategy aligned with sales, marketing, and business objectives.
- Manage vendors, booth logistics, branded materials, and on-site execution including internal and virtual events as needed
- Actively engage sales and marketing leadership to ensure strategic alignment
- Work with sales and marketing leaders to identify strategic event opportunities
- Event Execution
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, staffing, training, on-site show coordination and post-event evaluation.
- Oversee all elements of event production — signage, branding, audiovisual, catering, security, and guest experience including briefing and coordinating with suppliers and agency partners.
- Work with brand to ensure consistency in brand representation across all global events.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with regional marketing teams, sales, product, and leadership to align event goals and execution.
- Coordinate with creative teams on event materials, booth design, and promotional assets.
- Budget Management
- Build and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Track expenses and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
- Data & Reporting
- Deliver post-event reports and insights with recommendations for future improvements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or partner programs (security or B2B tech a plus)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 35%).
- An aspiration for a career in marketing and a desire to explore its various functions (product, brand, growth etc)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Project Marketing or related field.
