Why this role?
As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will be the foundational guide for our customers as they begin their journey with Snyk. You’ll join our Customer Solutions team with a dedicated focus on building strong technical foundations that ensure our customers achieve sustainable, long-term success. Working under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will help organizations integrate security into their existing developer workflows, ensuring they don't just "get started," but thrive and scale their security programs effectively over time. What You’ll Do:
Support project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations under the supervision of senior team members.
Learn to architect workflows by understanding the basics of a customer's environment and how Snyk products integrate into their SDLC.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Develop technical proficiency across Snyk’s product line, including OS, Code, IaC, Containers, API & Web, and AI-Security.
Maintain project visibility by ensuring activity tracking and tasks are updated to keep all internal stakeholders informed of account health.
Assist in customer engagement by helping to identify customer needs and supporting the creation of technical success plans.
Own a number of customer engagements while partnering with more experienced Implementation Consultants (ICs) on complex projects.
Actively contribute back to the IC team by sharing newly acquired knowledge and providing feedback on existing collateral or internal documentation.
What You Bring:
0–3 years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS implementation, or a customer-facing technical role.
Foundational knowledge of SDLC, DevOps methodologies, and a curiosity about how security fits into the developer workflow.
You are a "go-getter" with a strong bias for action and a desire to solve complex problems within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to excel in client and project management, with the ability to facilitate hands-on technical work.
Strong communication skills with the ability to learn how to articulate complex technical issues to different personas.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate organizations while setting appropriate expectations with customers.
Curiosity and initiative, with a strong bias for action and a desire to solve complex problems within a team environment.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have a degree in Computer Science or hands-on experience with basic programming and modern tech stacks.
Show an interest in AI/LLMs and how they are transforming secure software development.
Are comfortable building presentations that keep a room engaged and "awake."

Annual Base Salary Range: 65,600.00 - 82,000.00 CAN
