  • Analyze portfolio characteristics, risk exposures, implementation considerations, and benchmark-relative performance.
  • Assess ETF structures, index methodologies, portfolio construction, liquidity, trading considerations, and implementation efficiency.
  • Monitor material developments, including team changes, process evolution, mandate changes, portfolio risks, and industry trends.
  • Develop independent investment views and contribute to Preferred List recommendations.

  • Contribute to thought leadership, advisor support initiatives and broader team projects.

Job Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in investment research, asset management, investment consulting, capital markets, or a related field.
  • Progress toward the CFA designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction and capital markets.
  • Demonstrated interest in and understanding of both active and passive investment approaches.

  • Identify material portfolio risks, style biases and changing investment characteristics.
  • Translate complex investment concepts into clear and practical recommendations.
  • Contribute to sound Preferred List decisions through disciplined, evidence-based research and ongoing monitoring.
  • Produce well-supported recommendations suitable for governance, audit, and stakeholder review.

What Will Differentiate You
