We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team. This unique role is centered on mastering key operational processes across the company (Custody Operations, Client Services, Compliance, Finance etc.) and then translating that deep understanding into scalable product solutions and internal tools.

The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our Operations teams and our Engineering teams, using a product mindset to solve real-world, high-volume operational pain points, turning manual tasks into efficient, automated, and error-proof product features.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Mastery & Deep Dive: Embed within key operational teams (e.g., Finance, Trust Operations, Compliance) to fully understand and document existing workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
  • Problem Identification & Solutioning: Identify the most critical and high-leverage operational tasks suitable for productization. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal tools and features that streamline these operations.
  • Requirements Definition: Write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Operations, Engineering, Design, and QA. Evangelize the importance of operational excellence and manage expectations across teams.
  • Execution & Delivery: Work closely with engineering scrum teams in an Agile environment. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Launch & Feedback: Coordinate the rollout of new internal tools, train operational users, and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of new operational products on efficiency, cost, and risk reduction.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, data analytics, operations management, or a related role within FinTech, Crypto, or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex, real-world problems into structured, solvable product requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and operational needs to technical teams.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Design).
  • A strong bias for action, a curiosity and attention to detail, and a drive to achieve operational efficiency – never fearing asking the question why
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in a heavily regulated industry or with institutional financial services.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms or building internal tools.
  • Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain technology, and crypto custody.
