B2B Sales Customer Expert I

Advertised as : Digital Account Strategist or Inside Sales Representative 

Location: Toronto Office (Eglinton East or The Well, DT Toronto)- Hybrid

Reports to: B2B Sales Supervisor

Contract: Regular, Full-time

About the job

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on Inbound & outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards sales targets and be part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across North America. 

Annual Base Salary starting at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day.

  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads and the overall sales pipeline.

  • Identify the needs of the business and personalize the product towards the related business.  

  • Properly prepare and set expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live process.  

  • Develop a deep understanding of the onboarding requirements/processes for our product across different regions.  

  • Work closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete our onboarding process.  

  • Accurately advise and support businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding process.  

  • Successfully troubleshoot or escalate issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support.  

  • Work in a fast-changing, fast-paced workplace.  

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent Diploma 

  • Ability to speak and write English fluently 

  • At least 1 year of experience in an outbound/inbound sales environment 

  • Computer savvy. 

  • A team player with problem solving, analytical and communication skills 

  • Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop

  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus 

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision

Schedule

  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 9 PM (monthly rotational)

Location

  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary locations: Yonge- Eglinton & The Well, Downtown Toronto

  • Hybrid setup, 4 weeks of product training will be on-site.
