Our Commercial Insurance Sales Specialists are passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and often go above and beyond in both their professional and personal life.

If you are interested in Commercial Insurance, Federated Insurance will provide full sales training from industry leaders, internal and external educational courses, and the support to obtain your insurance license.

 

In other words, the Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist role is ideal for an up-and-coming sales superstar who has found their calling and has the drive to make it happen!

 

You’re great at: 

  • Understanding customers and their unique needs

  • Building mutually beneficial relationships

  • Going above and beyond; you don’t only meet your targets, you crush them!

 

You have:

  • Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle

  • Front-line sales experience

  • Bilingual (English and French)

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Must obtain the appropriate license required in the respective province within 6 months of hiring date, with support from Federated
