DESCRIPTION:

Join Fisher Scientific Canada as an Inside Sales Representative II in our Ottawa office and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets throughout Canada. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in a scientific field
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or laboratory experience
  • Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and help our customers
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work individually and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective at working both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and annual sales meetings
  • Familiarity with the Canadian scientific market, particularly in the Ottawa region, is an asset
  • Must align with company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

Compensation

The salary range estimated for this position based in Ontario is $25.97–$33.39.
