At TELUS Health we support the mental, physical and financial health of organizations and individuals around the globe. By offering training programs to organizations, we can support employees and leaders in developing the skills they need to help drive behaviour change, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of learning.

How you will make an impact

You will be responsible for delivering in-person seminars (one hour awareness building sessions) to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share you subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.

Topics include Change Management, Stress Management, Resiliency, Respect, Professionalism and Difficult Behaviors (material is already prepared).

What you bring

  • You are fully bilingual in English and French;

  • You hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience;

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting;

  • You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;

  • You demonstrate superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills;

  • You have the ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners;

  • You are able to travel to client locations.
