Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

The Senior Brand Manager - Canada Coffee at a high-level will be responsible for d elivering an annual and long-term brand strategy and financial operating plan specifically for Canada Coffee - informed by a deep understanding of the consumer , customer and category dynamics via the Brand Growth System frame work, while leading a small team.
This position is best suited for someone who is strategic, entrepreneurial, operates independently, comfortable with ambiguity, has a strong bias for action, and excellent communication skills. This person must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward .

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,100.00 - $150,100.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

- Bring strong business acumen and strategic thinking to our annual and long-ter m brand priorities and financial operating plan - informed by deep understanding of the consumer , our customers and category dynamics
- Leverage consumption & business analytics (equity, share, volume ) to inform action plans that drive key business targets including share and margin enhancement .
- Lead cross-functional team that includ es finance, sales, R&D, operations, shopper marketing / communications , and consumer insights across various commercial initiatives such as distribution expansion, capacity planning, pricing/promo plans , innovation , and marketing support plans
- Lead renovation and/or innovation pipeline in service of the 3 year plan
- O versee tactical execution of marketing budget, demand forecasting, sales /category stories, and various commercialization efforts for portfolio
- Coach, develop and motivate team of 1 direct report

- 6 + year s ' experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business or related field required , MBA preferred
- Operates with a sense of urgency
- Strategic leadership and drive for results
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment, strategy and tactical plan development
- Has e ntrepreneurial spi rit and is comfortable navigating the unknown
- Experience in cross-functional team management
- Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver on timelines
