The Role:
Beyond Cloud Consulting is looking for a Bilingual (French and English) Business Analyst to join our growing team, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada.
As a Business Analyst, you will be given the opportunity to complete our 12-week Analyst Development program. The program teaches the fundamentals of a consulting career within the NetSuite ecosystem.
During this program you will be:
· Completing self-service training using cloud learning resources. This will help familiarize yourself with the NetSuite product and achieve NetSuite certifications.
· Participate in Consulting skills workshops to enable you in BCC’s methodology and practices.
· From Day 1, you will be working directly with Clients under mentorship of a Lead Consultant.
· Leading process areas for configurations & walkthroughs
· You will implement best-practice methodologies for customers to improve and scale their business processes.
· This is an opportunity to kickstart your career in consulting
· Analysing, data cleansing and CSV Imports for various entities in Oracle Netsuite.
· Client stakeholders and other consultants on our team will rely upon you for analyzing complex requirements, documenting, implementing, testing, training, converting data, and/or supporting Clients on an ongoing basis after implementation.
· You will have the opportunity to grow your industry/technical expertise and leadership skills towards becoming a consultant with the firm.
Qualifications:
· Graduate with a degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent.
· Understanding of basic accounting principles.
· Previous experience with NetSuite is a big asset
· Being a team player, ensuring to meet project deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning skills, and willingness to learn new things.
· Excellent MS Office Suite skills, Excel in particular; familiarity with other relevant software.
· Eagerness to develop into a consultant and leader by developing new skills, systems, and disciplines.
