Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Retail Banking team, focusing on Cash and Loan products in Warsaw office. This role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that IT systems effectively support business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Identify and analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
- Process Modeling & Improvement
- Model business processes using tools such as BPMN and UML.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Project Advisory
- Provide consulting on defining project objectives and functional scope of IT solutions.
- Assess the impact of business changes on IT systems and processes.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure requirements align with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business and technology teams to maintain consistency and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector, preferably in retail banking.
- Familiarity with Cash and Loan products
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and process modeling tools (BPMN, UML).
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in IT project consulting within banking.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting retail banking.
- Ability to recommend innovative solutions for process optimization.
