The role involves providing strategic business analysis and advisory services, focusing on large-scale digital transformation projects for government clients, particularly in enforcement-related sectors.
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support a Government of Canada initiative at DND under a Temporary Help Services (THS) RFP. This is a temporary, on-site role in Ottawa, Ontario, requiring a commitment of three (3) days per week. Candidates must be available to start immediately if our bid is successful and sign a consent form confirming this commitment.
Requirements
1 – Business Analysis Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience (within the last 15 years) performing business analysis and strategy
2 – Large-scale Digital Transformation
- Supported at least one large-scale digital transformation programme in the last 5 years for the Government of Canada.
- Large-scale: National impact, minimum $250M.
3 – Certification
- Must hold a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certification.
4 – Strategic Advisory Experience
- Minimum 10 years (within the last 15 years) providing strategic advice to the Government of Canada.
5 – Organizational Design
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large organization (≥10,000 employees, national reach across ≥4 regions) providing organizational design services to support business and technology transformation.
6 – Enforcement-Related Public Sector Experience
- Experience on at least 5 projects with enforcement-related Government of Canada clients:
- DND, CAF, RCMP, CCG, CBSA, CSIS, or CSE
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ottawa, ON, three days per week.
- Must guarantee availability for this opportunity if the bid is successful.
