Your place in our story

The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between various groups, translating business needs into practical technology solutions, primarily within Salesforce and other business systems. Through effective collaboration, analysis, and change management, the role helps enable informed decision-making, improve business performance, and support the organization's strategic objectives.

 

Here’s how you’ll contribute 

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and procedures.

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

  • Act as the liaison between business teams and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements.

  • Review current processes and systems, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Solution Design & Delivery

  • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce and other business systems.

  • Develop process documentation, user guides, training materials, and business requirements.

  • Create and execute test plans, perform UAT, and coordinate issue resolution.

  • Ensure enhancements, bug fixes, and new solutions meet business requirements.

  • Project & Change Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Support change management, user readiness, and end-user adoption activities.

  • Manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data, Reporting & Governance

  • Support data integrity, governance, and quality management within Salesforce and other business systems.

  • Monitor data quality, identify issues, and coordinate remediation efforts.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Recommend continuous improvements to processes, systems, and data management practices.

  • Training & Support

  • Create and deliver training programs, process documentation, and end-user support materials.

  • Support users in the effective use of Salesforce and business systems.

  • Promote adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices.

 

What you bring to the team

Here’s what will help you stand out. And even if you don’t tick every box—we believe in your potential and are here to support your growth. 

 

  • Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook

  • Knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling programs

  • Analytical, research, and report writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities

  • Knowledge of Salesforce required

  • Knowledge of Newstar or Procore considered an asset

 

Hiring pay range rate: $80,000 – $95,000
