To achieve this, we are looking for our next Business Development Manager who will allow us to develop the Greater Vancouver Area.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development, the Business Development Manager will have a strong background in business development and new account development.

The role involves promoting our financing products to automotive dealerships in the Greater Vancouver Area, training dealers and ensuring profitable business growth.

More precisely:

  • Meet the company's sales objectives;
  • Deliver effective, custom sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Work in collaboration with the different teams;
  • Develop long-term relationships with your customers;
  • 6 to 8 dealer visits per day;
  • Represent Iceberg Finance at various events;
  • Participate in the growth of the company.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as defined by the management team
  • Must live Greater Vancouver Area, BC

  • Track record of success in developing new markets;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Solution driven
  • Strong organizational, time and territory management skills;
  • Public speaking, presenting, and relationship management experience
  • Experience working in the automotive, financing or finance and insurance industries.
