Maersk is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of integrated logistics customers. In this role, you’ll develop new business, deepen client relationships, and position Maersk’s end-to-end solutions—including Ocean, Ground Freight, Warehousing/Transload, Customs Brokerage, and Supply Chain Management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of integrated logistics accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across all customer levels, from operations to C-suite
  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and customer improvement initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams across Sales, Customer Service, Ocean, and Supply Chain
  • Resolve complex customer issues and ensure exceptional service
  • Utilize Salesforce and MS Office for pipeline and account management
  • Travel as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of external sales experience in transportation or logistics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics offerings
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively across all customer levels and drive strategic growth

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
