As a Business Development Manager, you’ll get to generate new business throughout a specified region, manage the accounts for which you generate, work closely with customers to become a valued consultant, and provide strategic direction to drive both service and cost saving initiatives! This is a vital role to the success of Paramount Pallet, so we’re looking for a motivated individual ready to approach and win new business!


What You'll Do
  • Generate new sales for products or services by cold calling aligned businesses
  • Act on and close sales leads generated from inbound inquiries (website/CRM/phone/etc)
  • Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and quotas
  • Maintain and expand customer base by collaborating with the sales team, building and maintaining rapport with key customers
What You'll Need
  • College diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • 1-2 years of experience working within a CRM – HubSpot preferred
  • Proven experience in developing and carrying out business plans, sales plans
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and results with all levels of customers
  • Ability to travel about the region to visit with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage effectively in a fast-paced business with simultaneous priorities

We provide pallet services to hundreds of customers across various industries throughout Canada and the United States, and we’re looking for our next Business Development Manager to join our team!

Pay RangeCAD $60,000.00 - CAD $75,000.00 /Yr.
