We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented BDR to fuel our continued outbound growth in Canada, & US, playing a critical role in deepening our reach in the Quebec market and driving new business across North America. In this role, you’ll own the early sales cycle, create strong first impressions, and turn prospects into long-term partners. 🚀

The role - what you’ll do:

  • Be the first voice of Dext: setting the tone for lasting client relationships.
  • Convert high-quality leads from Marketing & Sales Ops into opportunities.
  • Run consultative calls, engaging demos, and impactful webinars.
  • Nurture prospects through the funnel and boost conversion rates.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, ensuring a seamless buying journey.
    Deliver a world-class customer experience that drives adoption and loyalty.

About you - what we are looking for:

You’re a bilingual (French & English) communicator with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced fintech. You thrive on feedback, love learning, and are ready to put new skills into action every day.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bilingual fluency in both French and English to effectively support the Quebec Market as well as the rest of North America.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, especially over the phone.
  • A consultative, persistent approach with excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners at all levels.
  • Resilient: You handle objections and rejection with confidence.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to grow your sales career.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge or experience in the accounting / bookkeeping industry.
