The Role: Business Development Representative –
As a Business Development Representative at Disruptive Advertising, you’ll initiate and qualify prospects and leads, proactively mine our CRM to identify companies that would benefit from our services, conduct outbound outreach to our target ICP, and maintain accurate daily updates in our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot experience is a plus). Your strong communication skills and outgoing nature will help you spark conversations, nurture warm connections, and convert them into opportunities—all while following structured sales processes that keep our pipeline healthy. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, process-driven, and motivated by uncovering the right clients who align with Disruptive’s mission.
As our Business Development Representative you will receive:
- Salary range: $65-$75K base with OTE up to $90-$120K

As our Business Development Representative, you will:
- Gather a list of leads to prospect into using internal tech stack (Hubspot, Apollo, etc.)
- Set sales qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Make daily warm and cold calls to potential clients
- Tailor and craft emails to potential clients
What you need to be our Business Development Representative:
- 1-2+ years experience in a BDR role
- 1+ years experience preferred working in Hubspot
- Experience with social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Agency experience preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
- Ability to listen, think quickly and respond to potential clients
- Desire to learn online marketing a must
- Proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
- Computer proficiency is a must
