Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative role is critical to Doxim's growth and company revenue goals. As the first point of contact with our prospects, you have the responsibility to establish trust and build relationships while educating prospects on how Doxim can help them and their organization.

You'll be enrolled in a thorough onboarding program that includes certifications around effective communication to convey our value proposition and how to use our sales tools. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new revenue pipeline for Doxim through phone, email, and Linkedln channels.

• Partner with Doxim Sales Executives to produce an account strategy plans and action them!

• Consistently experiment with new prospecting tactics as a team.

• Be recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients as you describe our value proposition and how we have helped others in similar roles and industries.

• Collaborate with our Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns.

Measures of Success

• Meeting and surpassing your quarterly attainment of qualified leads passed to Doxim's Sales Team.

• Your own individual career development and mapping to milestones on a career plan that you and your Manager have created.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 year of sales experience - B2B sales is plus.

• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills and always prepared to give your best

This is a remote role (Canada Only)
